Roof Repairs

Have a roof leak? Give us a call, and we will be out within 24 hours!

Roof leaks are not only annoying, they are extremely unsafe. Left untreated, a roof leak will rot out the structural components of your home. These structural repairs are generally more expensive than simply fixing the leak, so be sure to call a roofing contractor ASAP if you notice a leak!

Pro tip: if you notice the drywall on your ceiling is cracked or discolored, you could have a roof leak!

Skylights & Sun Tunnels

Skylights let natural light stream into your home, bringing warmth and a feeling of spaciousness. When properly selected and used, they can reduce your need for electric lighting and minimize your heating and cooling costs. There are also health benefits to this wonderful sunlight that shines on us.

Skylights should be changed out every 20-25 years to prevent leaks – skylights are one of the most common places to experience a roof leak.

Skylights are a great way to add light to a dark space and increase the value of your home.

We also install Velux Sun Tunnels, a perfect solution for closets, bathrooms, bonus rooms, and office space!

Roof vents are another common area that can cause a roof leak. If you notice rust or cracking on any of your roof vents, you could be experiencing a leak that you’re not even aware of yet!

We also install attic fans, which can be a great way to cool down your attic during the hot summer months and save money on your AC bill.

Dry Rot

Dry rot is, unfortunately, a very common problem here in the PNW. Left untreated, dry rot can cause massive damage to your home.

To identify dry rot, feel if the wood is soft or squishy, or if it flakes easily when hit with a sharp object.

If you suspect dry rot but can’t reach the affected area, look for pealing paint or unnatural staining patterns on the wood.
